Happy New Year Everyone!
I hope you all had an amazing break! Yes I know it’s half way through the month already but I am not going to lie, it’s been incredibly difficult to drag myself back into gear this New Year!
I’m embracing a new mantra for this year ‘ Slow down to Speed Up’ which I have totally borrowed from Daniel Priestley and so I’m taking my time to get all my ducks in a row this January.
In this edition we discuss:
What’s Hot in Wellness Design in 2025?
What can you Expect from me in 2025?
The Healthy Home Show Podcast
This year, I’m diving deeper than ever into the ways our homes impact our wellbeing—from the air we breathe to the materials we touch and even the energy flow of our spaces. Let’s face it: the world can feel a bit chaotic, but your home? That’s your sanctuary. It’s the place where your health journey begins.
Every Wednesday I will bring you this Newsletter with either a summary of my guest interviews on The Healthy Home Show Podcast , Deep Dive Articles on specific issues effecting our health or upcoming events to watch out for.
Don’t miss out on the latest information on the pollutants in our homes and environment that could be damaging your health ( believe me there’s new information and science coming out every damn week!) and how to optimise your spaces for maximum wellbeing. For example, interested in all the drama happening in the U.S. at the moment over Fluoride in our tap water ? What's Hot in Wellness Design for 2025?
According to Condé Nast Traveller the concept of “health as the new wealth” will be gaining even more momentum this year, as wellness design is increasingly aligning with the rise of longevity-focused retreats and exclusive wellness-focussed clubs and hotels.
These spaces are part of a growing trend towards creating environments that prioritise long-term health, offering personalised consultations, community-driven events, and advanced medical services.
Whether it’s through Biophilic design or embracing longevity principles, the demand for spaces that nurture wellbeing and vitality is reshaping the way we live and thrive.
This trend ties directly into my mission: helping you create homes that are not only beautiful but also optimise your health and longevity.
So, what can you expect from me in 2025?
1. Practical Tips for Healthier Living: Simple, actionable advice to help you detox your spaces and make sustainable, health-focused choices for your home. No scaremongering—just empowering solutions!
2. Green & Gorgeous Inspiration: I’ll be sharing ideas and resources that prove you can have a home that’s both stylish and healthy for you and the planet.
3. Resources for Mindful Consumption: From sourcing second-hand treasures to finding brands with eco-friendly and toxin-free values, I’ll help you make conscious choices that support your lifestyle and values.
4. A Deeper Dive Into Wellness: Through my expertise as a holistic health coach and healthy homes advocate, I’ll connect the dots between your environment, your wellbeing, and your overall happiness.
To kick things off, I’d love to hear from you! What are your biggest challenges or questions about creating a healthier home?
